New Gonow Group, formerly known as Gonow Automobile, was established in 2003 and was one of the first practitioners of China's own brand cars. 2010 saw the establishment of GAC Gonow in cooperation with Guangzhou Automobile, which opened up a pioneering mixed ownership economy of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. 2016 saw the establishment of New Gonow, which focuses on niche markets and is dedicated to the expansion of the saloon car and new energy commercial vehicle industries, and is a pioneer of the full industry chain model in the automotive niche market.

The Group is located in the global financial center - Shanghai Pudong New Area. The Group has three major segments: automobile intellectual manufacturing, operation and finance, with industry-leading intellectual manufacturing base, R&D center and Internet operation center. New Gonow Group has taken the initiative to explore in the field of Internet+Automobile, developed and operated the Internet platform for shared caravans and new energy logistics vehicles, and has become the pioneer of domestic car-making enterprises to enter the Internet.

The Group has five manufacturing bases in Zhejiang Jiaxing, Zhejiang Taizhou, Henan Shangqiu, Hubei Shiyan,  and Melbourne, Australia. By integrating continually global high-quality resources, the group has established strategic cooperation with famous brands and R&D institutions such as RWTH Aachen University, Hobby RV and Shanghai Jiaotong University in Germany; it has formed a strategic layout with foreign China-Europe-Australia linkage and domestic east-west-north-south center relying on each other.

With the whole system of production qualifications, RV sector leads the industry by multiple technologies in fields of lightweight, intelligent and safety and has 1/3 market share in high-end RV. By overcoming a mass of difficulties and doubling year after year, RV sector now has been one of head enterprises in the industry head.

The new-energy sector, located in Taizhou, Zhejiang, is the first new enterprise in Zhejiang and the third one in China that owns the generating qualification of new-energy commercial vehicles. Internally, the new-energy sector enlarges the efforts on research and development; externally, is cooperated with upstream and downstream enterprises. In 2022, by continuously launching of new models, the new-energy sector developed in a new boom and ranked tenth of production and sales in the industry.

Except for the intelligent base, the auto finance platform and the auto operation platform also have been built. By years of intensive cultivation, the three sectors of intelligent manufacturing, finance and operation have mutually empowered each other with increasingly clear operation mode of the whole industrial chain. The OTA platform, located in Shanghai, constantly proposes solutions for new consumer trends. The plan of "Going to Wild Planet" is highly fitted with the consumption needs in the new economic era, which is very popular among fans. Shenxianju RV camp and Beijing Miyun RV camp has successively been put into operation. Shenxianju RV camp, as the industry model, has been listed in the China Automotive Industry Development Report 2021 and presented in the separate chapter.

New Gonow undertakes the mission of "building good cars for family", insists on the values of "customer oriented, employee satisfied" and makes unremitting efforts towards the vision of "whole value chain service provider of automobile segment market". Since widely recognized and supported by all sectors of society, New Gonow has gained the honors of "National Automobile Export Base, well-known trademark, high-tech enterprise, China's Top Ten RV brand, Australian Best RV Model".

In future, by the increasing investment in technology, market and service and based on Internet thinking, New Gonow will rely on O2O sharing economy model and close  focus on the development themes of "new economy", "new infrastructure" and "new consumption fashion" to expand the development mode in whole industry chains of RV and new energy commercial vehicles, to meet the personalized needs of customers and always to lead the development of the industry.
