On July 26, New Gonow Automotive, a subsidiary of New Gonow Group, alongside BEING LOGISTICS, formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiusi (Suzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiusi Intelligence") at New Gonow's Taizhou new energy vehicle production base. Key attendees included Miao Xuezhong, Chairman of New Gonow Group; Liu Xiang, Senior Vice President of the Group and General Manager of New Gonow Automotive; Yuan Lei, Deputy General Manager of New Gonow Automotive and General Manager of BEING LOGISTICS; and Kong Qi, Founder and CEO of Jiusi Intelligence. The collaboration will span multiple areas, including joint development and production, corporate joint ventures, market expansion, and ecosystem co-construction. It aims to drive innovation and advancement in unmanned autonomous driving technology and products, establish a comprehensive synergy system from R&D to operational scenarios, and propel the unmanned driving industry to new heights.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Miao Xuezhong accompanied Kong Qi and his delegation on a tour of New Gonow's corporate culture exhibition hall and the Taizhou base's new energy intelligent manufacturing center. By visiting production lines, experiencing vehicles under development and on the market, and gaining in-depth insights into core technologies and patents, the Jiusi Intelligence team gained a thorough understanding of New Gonow's manufacturing capabilities in the new energy commercial vehicle sector, laying a solid foundation for deeper collaboration. Jiusi Intelligence, a global leader in urban delivery autonomous driving product R&D and application, possesses mature, scalable, and commercially viable L4-level autonomous driving technology developed entirely in-house. Meanwhile, New Gonow Automotive has accumulated extensive experience in new energy vehicle R&D, production, operations, and business model innovation.

During the symposium, the Jiusi Intelligence team received detailed presentations on New Gonow Automotive's joint manufacturing solutions and BEING LOGISTICS' joint operational plans. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as joint ventures, R&D and production, and channel expansion.

Miao Xuezhong emphasized that the partnership with Jiusi Intelligence represents a pivotal opportunity for New Gonow Group's strategic transformation. He noted that the autonomous driving industry is transitioning from a phase of "unrestrained growth" to a new stage balancing safety and innovation, underscoring the need to seize the historical opportunity driven by both policy and technology. He highlighted that combining Jiusi Intelligence's technological strengths with New Gonow's industrial chain resources would significantly accelerate the commercialization of unmanned driving in urban logistics. Kong Qi expressed full confidence in New Gonow's R&D and manufacturing expertise following the on-site visit. He pledged to work closely with New Gonow Automotive to expedite the implementation of joint manufacturing and operational solutions for unmanned vehicles, jointly delivering more efficient, safe, and intelligent solutions for smart logistics and urban delivery.

Subsequently, in the presence of representatives from all three parties, Miao Xuezhong, Kong Qi, and Liu Xiang signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of New Gonow Automotive, Jiusi Intelligence, and BEING LOGISTICS, respectively. Additionally, New Gonow Automotive and Jiusi Intelligence signed a joint manufacturing agreement, while BEING LOGISTICS and Jiusi Intelligence signed a joint venture agreement. These signings established a complete industrial closed-loop system spanning technological R&D, production, and market operations.

Moving forward, New Gonow Automotive will continue to increase innovation and investment in the field of intelligent unmanned logistics vehicles, aligning with national policies, deepening its presence in the new energy market, and expanding diverse application scenarios.
